Ingredients for serving

  • 7.5 g Onions, raw 0.75 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 84 g Chicken Of The Sea Lump Crabmeat 1.5 x serving (56g)
  • 128 g Wonton wrappers 4 x 1 wrapper (32g)
  • 1.8 g chopped Garlic 0.25 x tbsp (7g)
  • 10.6 g Imitation crab meat 0.13 x 1/2 cup (85g)
  • 12 g Soy sauce made from soy and .. 0.75 x tbsp (16g)
  • 60 g Cheese spread, cream cheese base 0.25 x cup (240g)
  • 3.5 g ginger, peeled and chopped 0.13 x 1 oz (28g)
  • 4.3 g Sauce, worcestershire 0.25 x tbsp (17g)
  • 25 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 0.25 x cup, chopped (100g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the crab meat.
  • In another bowl, add the cream cheese and soften it using a spatula. Add Soy sauce, chopped onion, salt, pepper, spring onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and ginger. Mix well.
  • Roughly chop the crab sticks and add that along with the crab meat to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
  • Place a small portion of the mixture (about 50 gm each) at the center of wanton sheet and fold in the form of a triangle and seal it using water.
  • Now join the two ends of the triangle similar to the shape of a tortellini. Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
