Ingredients for serving

  • 3.5 g dill pickle 0.5 x 1 slice (7g)
  • 25 g Cornmeal, yellow (Navajo) 0.25 x unit (100g)
  • 27.5 g Egg white beaten 0.5 x piece (55g)
  • 14 g Mayonnaise, low sodium, low .. 0.06 x cup (224g)
  • 8.1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.63 x tablespoon (13g)
  • 1 g Spices, paprika 0.5 x tsp (2g)
  • 7.8 g All-Purpose Flour 0.06 x cup (124g)
  • 50 g Fish, whitefish, mixed species, .. 0.5 x unit (100g)
  • 1.3 g Dijon Mustard 0.25 x tsp (5g)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and dill pickle.
  • Sprinkle a little salt over fish. In a small bowl, add flour.
  • Add eggs in another bowl. In the third bowl, mix paprika and cornmeal.
  • Dip fillets in flour, in egg and then cornmeal. Shake off excess.
  • In a medium pan heat a little oil. Working in batches, cook fish. Keep turning the fish until both sides are golden.
  • Serve hot.
