Instructions

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and dill pickle.

Sprinkle a little salt over fish. In a small bowl, add flour.

Add eggs in another bowl. In the third bowl, mix paprika and cornmeal.

Dip fillets in flour, in egg and then cornmeal. Shake off excess.

In a medium pan heat a little oil. Working in batches, cook fish. Keep turning the fish until both sides are golden.
