Coriander-Crusted Tuna with Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients for serving

  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0g)
  • 1.3 g Spices, coriander seed 0.25 x tbsp (5g)
  • 5 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw 0.25 x sprigs (20g)
  • 3.3 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tablespoon (13g)
  • 0.9 g Ground cumin 0.06 x tbsp (15g)
  • 25 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.25 x unit (100g)
  • 172 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 1 x can (172g)
  • 9.4 g Chopped Green Onions 0.06 x 1 cup (150g)
  • 46.5 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 0.75 x plum tomato (62g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, cumin and coriander. Rub this mixture evenly across both sides of fish.
  • Heat a little oil in the pan over medium heat. Add fish and cook evenly on both sides until it is sufficiently cooked. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.
  • In another bowl, mix tomato, green onions, bell pepper, black beans, lime juice and cilantro. Add a little salt. Toss well.
  • Serve salsa with fish. If desired, garnish the fish with cilantro sprigs.
