Chicken Thighs with Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients for serving

  • 5 g Shallots, raw 0.5 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.25 x dash (0g)
  • 0 g Oil, PAM cooking spray, original 0.25 x spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) (0g)
  • 0.6 g Sriracha 0.13 x tsp (5g)
  • 0.8 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x clove (3g)
  • 0.3 g Lemon rind, grated 0.13 x tsp (2g)
  • 4 g Soy sauce made from soy and .. 0.25 x tbsp (16g)
  • 112 g Ahold Chicken Thighs All Natural.. 1 x serving (112g)
  • 2.4 g Oil, sesame, salad or cooking 0.19 x tablespoon (13g)
  • 0.4 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw 0.1 x cup (4g)

Instructions

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and coat it lightly with cooking spray.
  • Add chicken evenly in the pan and sprinkle a little salt over it. Cook chicken until it becomes browned and then transfer it on a plate.
  • In a small bowl, add salt, garlic and shallots. Smash the mixture until a paste is formed. Combine the garlic mixture with cilantro, soy sauce, Sriracha, lemon rind and sesame oil.
  • Spread about 1 ½ tsp of cilantro mixture over each chicken and serve immediately.
