Instructions

Put the chicken in the freezer until almost frozen

Take it out and cut it into chips (3 mm thick)

Add the poultry seasoning. Heat up a pan with the oil and add the chicken and chopped onion

Chop the coleslaw and lettuce

Squeeze the garlic into the quark and add the chopped parsley

Mix it up

Put the wraps in the oven for a couple of minutes
