Ingredients for serving

  • 75.7 g Pork Steak, cut into strips
  • 5.7 g Sauce, worcestershire 0.33 x tbsp (17g)
  • 1.5 g Salt, table 0.25 x tsp (6g)
  • 1.3 g Vinegar, distilled 0.25 x tsp (5g)
  • 4.7 g Oil, vegetable, Natreon canola, .. 0.33 x tbsp (14g)
  • 7 g Brown Sugar 0.5 x tbsp (14.3g)
  • 25 g Onions, raw 0.17 x large (150g)
  • 37.8 g Tomato sauce, canned, no salt ..
  • 21.3 g Mushrooms, white, raw

Instructions

  • Place a large skillet over medium flame and heat some oil in it.
  • Then remove excess fat from the brown pork
  • Add pork, Worcestershire sauce, salt, vinegar, brown sugar, tomato sauce, mushrooms and onion in a slow cooker. After cooking for 4 hrs on high heat, continue cooking the dish on low flame for 6 hrs.
