Ingredients for serving

  • 199 g Beef, loin, top sirloin cap .. 1 x steak (7 oz)
  • 4 g Oil, sesame, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 56 g Snow peas, trimmed 2 x ounce (1 oz)
  • 27.5 g Carrots, raw 0.25 x cup grated (3.9 oz)
  • 15 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 1 x medium (4-1/8" long) (0.5 oz)
  • 0 g Crushed red pepper flakes 1 x 1 tsp (0 oz)
  • 6 g Spices, cloves, ground 1 x tbsp (0.2 oz)
  • 32 g Soy sauce made from soy and .. 2 x tbsp (0.6 oz)
  • 2.5 g Fresh ginger 0.5 x tsp (0.2 oz)
  • 56 g Whole wheat egg noodles 1 x 1 cup (2 oz)
  • 2.5 g sesame seeds 0.25 x 1 tablespoon (0.4 oz)

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 4 – 6 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add the snow peas, broccoli, carrots, scallions, red pepper flakes, and garlic and stir-fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, ginger, cooked noodles, and beef. Mix together well and stir-fry until hot.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
