Instructions

Take a large frying pan. Add beef and the olive oil and cook until the beef turns brown

While the beef is cooking, take another pan and add cabbage, 2 tbsp olive oil, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, celery, vinegar and soybean

Cook until the mixture has softened considerably

Then add cooked beef, beef stock and the soy sauce

Continue cooking for a few more minutes
