Ingredients for serving

  • 42.6 g Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5%.. 0.5 x serving (3 oz) (85g)
  • 30 g Onions, raw 0.2 x large (150g)
  • 2 g Celery, raw 0.5 x strip (4" long) (4g)
  • 21 g Cabbage, common (danish, .. 0.6 x cup, shredded (35g)
  • 51.6 g Soybeans, mature seeds, cooked, .. 0.3 x cup (172g)
  • 28 g Mushrooms, white, raw 0.4 x cup, pieces or slices (70g)
  • 1.6 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.4 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 94 g Nuts, chestnuts, chinese, raw
  • 3.6 g Soy sauce made from soy (tamari) 0.2 x tbsp (18g)

Instructions

  • Take a large frying pan. Add beef and the olive oil and cook until the beef turns brown
  • While the beef is cooking, take another pan and add cabbage, 2 tbsp olive oil, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, celery, vinegar and soybean
  • Cook until the mixture has softened considerably
  • Then add cooked beef, beef stock and the soy sauce
  • Continue cooking for a few more minutes
