Instructions

Spray some olive oil in a large pan and sauté onion and garlic until transparent.

Add celery, shrimps, spring onion, carrot and sauté 2 minutes.

Add water and bring to boil.

Let it simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Stir in basil leave black pepper and salt.

Adjust the seasoning and boil for 1-2 minutes.
