  • 12.5 g Coconut Flour, Let's Do Organic! 0.83 x 2 TBSP (15g)
  • 0.5 g Salt, table 0.08 x tsp (6g)
  • 0.2 g Spices, chili powder 0.08 x tsp (2.7g)
  • 0.3 g Spices, garlic powder 0.08 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 0.2 g Spices, pepper, black 0.08 x tsp (2.1g)
  • 13.3 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.17 x medium (80g)
  • 30.3 g Apples, raw, with skin 0.17 x medium (3" dia) (182g)

Instructions

  • Grind the chicken.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Form 6 patties from the mixture.
  • Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers om medium heat for about 20 mins.
