Ingredients for serving

  • 30 g Gold Standard Chocolate Whey 1 x scoop (30g)
  • 480 g Almond Milk, Original, .. 2 x 1 cup (240g)
  • 6 g Sweetener, syrup, agave 1 x tsp (6.9g)

Instructions

  • In a heavy bottom sauce pan heat the milk to reduce half of the quality.
  • When the milk reduce to half remove from the heat and let it cool.
  • Mix chocolate protein powder, almond milk and agave nectar in a mixing jar and mix vigorously.
  • Or blend all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Pour in the ice cream molds and deep freeze for 6 hours.
  • When the ice cream is set, de-mold and serve immediately with desired fruits.
