Instructions

In a heavy bottom sauce pan heat the milk to reduce half of the quality.

When the milk reduce to half remove from the heat and let it cool.

Mix chocolate protein powder, almond milk and agave nectar in a mixing jar and mix vigorously.

Or blend all the ingredients in the blender.

Pour in the ice cream molds and deep freeze for 6 hours.

When the ice cream is set, de-mold and serve immediately with desired fruits.
