  • 80.9 g Pumpkin, canned, without salt 0.33 x cup (245g)
  • 10.5 g Vanilla Protein Powder 0.5 x scoop (21g)
  • 0.5 g Spices, pumpkin pie spice 0.5 x tsp (1g)
  • 10 g Syrups, maple 0.5 x tbsp (20g)
  • 14 g Nuts, pecans, dry roasted, .. 0.5 x oz (28g)
  • 7 g Raisins, seedless 0.5 x miniature box (.5 oz) (14g)

Instructions
