Instructions

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and saute onions with little olive oil.

When the onions are pink add chopped broccoli, garlic powder and cook until soft.

Meanwhile prepare egg whites by mixing – egg whites, oregano, parsley, salt red and black pepper.

Add egg white mixture, cooked and sliced bacon pieces to the vegetables and scramble until done.
