Tough Guy's Egg White Scramble

Ingredients for serving

  • 243 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 1 x cup (243g)
  • 11 g Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, .. 1 x slice (11.5g)
  • 44 g Broccoli, raw 1 x cup, chopped or diced (44g)
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 1 g Spices, oregano, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.8g)
  • 1 g Spices, parsley, dried 1 x tbsp (1.6g)
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp (2.1g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 3 g Spices, garlic powder 1 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 1 g Peppers, hot chili, red, raw

Instructions

  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and saute onions with little olive oil.
  • When the onions are pink add chopped broccoli, garlic powder and cook until soft.
  • Meanwhile prepare egg whites by mixing – egg whites, oregano, parsley, salt red and black pepper.
  • Add egg white mixture, cooked and sliced bacon pieces to the vegetables and scramble until done.
