Instructions

Combine all the ingredients for patty – oat, egg white, onion, beef, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Make patties of desired shape and size.

Cook the patties on a griddle pan with some olive oil. Cooking will take 5-6 minutes on both sides on medium heat.

You may toss the bun on the same griddle for good results.

To assemble the burger – cut a whole wheat burger bun, place the patty on it, top with lettuce leaves and other half of the bun.
