Ingredients for serving

  • 5.6 g Cereals, oats, instant, .. 0.2 x packet (28g)
  • 7.2 g Peanut butter, smooth, reduced .. 0.2 x tablespoon (36g)
  • 0.4 g Leavening agents, baking powder,.. 0.2 x tsp (2.5g)
  • 0.4 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 0.2 x tsp (2.6g)
  • 1.2 g Salt, table 0.2 x tsp (6g)
  • 67.8 g Honey 0.2 x cup (339g)
  • 13.2 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 0.4 x large (33g)
  • 10 g Raisin, kishmish, black raisin

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 350 F.
  • Lay a baking sheet on the baking tray and spray olive oil on the baking sheet.
  • Mix peanut butter and honey in a food processor and mix at low speed until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and cinnamon powder to the honey mixture.
  • Now add oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt, mix well in the food processor.
  • Finally add the raisins and vanilla extract, mix well.
  • Place spoonful of mixture on the baking tray and flat it slightly.
  • Bake until golden brown, it may take 10-15 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely and store in a air tight container for up to one week.
