Spicy Chicken and Shrimp Vindaloo

Ingredients for serving

  • 112 g Gold n' Plump Boneless Skinless .. 1 x 4 oz (3.9 oz)
  • 85 g Shrimp - Seamazz Brand 1 x 3oz (3 oz)
  • 28 g Patak's Tastes of India .. 0.2 x 1/2 Cup (4.9 oz)
  • 14 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Shur .. 1 x 1 TBSP (0.5 oz)

Instructions

  • 1. Cut chicken into pieces
  • 2. Add olive oil and heat. Add chicken pieces and brown.
  • 3. Add jar of Vindaloo sauce and simmer chicken for 10-12 mins.
  • 4. Add shrimp to mix in vindaloo flavor.
  • 5. Turn off heat and seperate into food containers.
