Ingredients for serving

  • 88 g Soy flour, low-fat, crude .. 1 x cup, stirred (88g)
  • 55 g Egg white beaten 1 x piece (55g)
  • 10 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% ..
  • 2 g Leavening agents, baking powder,.. 1 x tsp (2.5g)
  • 68 g Frozen Mixed Berries 0.5 x cup (136g)
  • 10 g Sugar free maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a big bowl add soy flour, egg white, milk and baking powder.
  • Beat the better to mix all the ingredients.
  • Pour half a cup of better into a greased non stick pan.
  • Cook from the both sides until golden brown.
  • When cooked from the both sides remove to a plate and serve along with berries and maple syrup.
