Ingredients for serving

  • 3.3 g Vegetable oil
  • 0.3 g Salt, table 0.04 x tsp (6g)
  • 0 g Oil, PAM cooking spray, original 0.17 x spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) (0.3g)

Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 375 degree Celsius.
  • Place a large skillet over medium flame and heat some oil in it. Now add ground red pepper, garlic and onion in it and cook it for a few minutes or until the onions become golden brown. Then remove these ingredients from the skillet.
  • Heat little oil in a large skillet and saute ground red pepper and bell peppers in it. After sauting for 10 minutes, remove them from the skillet and keep it aside. Now mix salt and the onion mixture. Set aside half of this mixture for Sausage sandwiches.
  • Then cook sausage links as per the directions given in the label. Set aside 4 of the links for sandwiches. Start chopping the remaining ones.
  • Take a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray and spread pasta sauce over its base. Now spread noodles over the sauce and then top it with cream cheese. Then add Parmesan, chopped sausage and onion-pepper mixture over it. Generate a few layers using this method and then top them with sausage. Now top the mixture with noodles. Now pour the remaining pasta sauce over it. Sprinkle the dish using mozzarella cheese.
  • After covering the dish with a cooking foil, bake it in an oven for 45 minutes at 375 degree Celsius. Then remove the foil and continue baking until become golden brown. Set aside the dish for a few minutes before serving.
