  • 86 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 0.5 x can (172g)
  • 1.3 g Pitted Kalamata olives 0.25 x piece (5g)
  • 12.5 g Onion, red, raw 0.13 x unit (100g)
  • 0.1 g Spices, pepper, black 0.06 x tsp (2.1g)
  • 3.4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tablespoon (13.5g)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine olives, onion, olive oil, pepper and tuna.
  • Spread this mixture on your favorite bread. Top it with another slice of bread.
  • Serve immediately.
