Ingredients for serving

  • 25 g Soy protein, neutral flavor 1 x scoop (25g)
  • 15 g Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft ..
  • 78 g Oats 0.5 x cup (156g)
  • 99 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 3 x large (33g)
  • 123 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 0.5 x cup (246g)
  • 1 g Spices, thyme, dried 1 x tsp, leaves (1g)
  • 1 g Spices, rosemary, dried 1 x tsp (1.2g)
  • 74 g Tomato sauce, canned, no salt .. 0.3 x cup (245g)
  • 62 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 1 x Italian tomato (62g)
  • 70 g Mushrooms, white, raw 1 x cup, pieces or slices (70g)
  • 85 g Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5%.. 1 x serving (3 oz) (85g)
  • 33 g Cheese, swiss, low fat 0.25 x cup, diced (132g)
  • 40 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.5 x medium (80g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 80 g Onions, raw 0.5 x cup, chopped (160g)

Instructions

  • Blend the egg whites, protein, oats, flour, salt, milk and spices in a blender or kitchen machine
  • Heat up a pan and spray with non sticking spray
  • Add the mixture and cook with a lid until the mixture becomes solid
  • You'll see when it's done when it comes lose from the pan when you shake the pan
  • Get it out of the pan on baking paper, and smear the tomato paste on your pizza bottom
  • In the same pan saute the sliced onions until brown and add the ground beef
  • When the ground beef is brown, add it onto the pizza
  • Dice all the vegetables and put on top
  • Top of with some grated cheese
  • Put in the oven for about 12-13 minutes on 220C or 430F
