Ingredients for serving

  • 14 g Mayonnaise, low sodium, low .. 0.06 x cup (224g)
  • 2.7 g Basil, fresh 0.5 x tbsp, chopped (5.3g)
  • 1.3 g Dijon Mustard 0.25 x tsp (5g)
  • 76 g Whole grain wheat bread 2 x 1 slice (38g)
  • 20 g Prosciutto 2 x Slice (10g)
  • 40 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 2 x slice, medium (1/4" thick) (20g)
  • 0.8 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x clove (3g)
  • 11.8 g Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw 0.25 x cup shredded (47g)

Instructions

  • Set the grill to the required temperature.
  • Arrange the bread slices in the baking tray and bake both the sides evenly.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, basil, and garlic in a bowl and spread this mixture over four bread slices evenly.
  • Arrange ΒΌ cup lettuce and 2 tomato slices over each bread slice and top it with prosciutto and the remaining bread.
  • Serve immediately.
