Instructions

Take a small bowl and stir sea salt and herbes de Provence in it and keep it aside

Spread Burrata Cheese over each slice of toasted bread. Sprinkle the above mixture over each slice and set it aside

Take peach slices and keep them flat over a plate or flame-proof surface. Sprinkle small amounts of turbinado sugar over each slice

Take a kitchen torch and lightly brown the sugar

Continue to darken the sugar until they become dark brown

Over the top of each toast place a peach slice and serve immediately
