Peach Brulee Burrata Bruschetta

Ingredients for serving

  • 2.3 g Sugar, turbinado
  • 0.4 g Herbes de Provence
  • 16.7 g Freestone Peach 0.08 x piece (200g)
  • 11.3 g Burrata Cheese
  • 21.5 g Bread, italian 1.08 x slice, medium (20g)

Instructions

  • Take a small bowl and stir sea salt and herbes de Provence in it and keep it aside
  • Spread Burrata Cheese over each slice of toasted bread. Sprinkle the above mixture over each slice and set it aside
  • Take peach slices and keep them flat over a plate or flame-proof surface. Sprinkle small amounts of turbinado sugar over each slice
  • Take a kitchen torch and lightly brown the sugar
  • Continue to darken the sugar until they become dark brown
  • Over the top of each toast place a peach slice and serve immediately
