Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5%.. 1 x serving (3 oz) (85g)
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 38 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 x small (38g)
  • 3 g Spices, garlic powder 1 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 3 g Parsley, fresh 1 x tbsp (3.8g)
  • 6 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 1 x tbsp chopped (6g)
  • 1 g PACE, Diced Green Chilies
  • 17 g Sauce, worcestershire 1 x tbsp (17g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 6 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tbsp, ground (6.9g)
  • 2 g Spices, cloves, ground 1 x tsp (2.1g)
  • 28 g Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 x oz (28.35g)

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl; add ground beef, onions, garlic, parsley, cloves, green chilies, sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well all the ingredients until incorporated.
  • Add bread crumbs if the mixture is too wet to form the patties.
  • Shape the mixture in small round patties, by using your hand.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, over medium heat and shallow fry the patties from both sides until golden brown.
  • It may take 7-8 minutes per side to cook the patties.
  • Place the patties to a plate and serve along with Greek yogurt and salad.
