Instructions

Take a big bowl; add ground beef, onions, garlic, parsley, cloves, green chilies, sauce, egg, salt and pepper.

Mix well all the ingredients until incorporated.

Add bread crumbs if the mixture is too wet to form the patties.

Shape the mixture in small round patties, by using your hand.

Heat oil in a non stick pan, over medium heat and shallow fry the patties from both sides until golden brown.

It may take 7-8 minutes per side to cook the patties.

Place the patties to a plate and serve along with Greek yogurt and salad.
