Ingredients for serving

  • 150 g Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5%..
  • 66 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1.5 x medium (44g)
  • 1.5 g Salt, table 0.25 x tsp (6g)
  • 1 g Spices, garlic powder 0.25 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 0.5 g Spices, paprika 0.25 x tsp (2.3g)
  • 0.5 g Spices, cumin seed 0.25 x tsp, whole (2.1g)

Instructions

  • Season the beef well and add in 1 egg.
  • Let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
  • Divide the beef into 2 equal parts, and roll on a board into a roll.
  • Make a ring of it, and put in a pan with some oil.
  • Cook brown on both sides, so the beef becomes nice and firm.
  • Last, crack an egg into the middle and let it cook on low heat until fully cooked.
