Ingredients for serving

  • 99 g Lentils, mature seeds, cooked, .. 0.5 x cup (198g)
  • 28 g Cereals, oats, instant, .. 1 x packet (28g)
  • 14 g Cheese, low fat, cheddar or .. 0.5 x oz (28.35g)
  • 50 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 x large (50g)
  • 4.5 g Spices, garlic powder 0.5 x tbsp (9.7g)
  • 0.5 g Spices, oregano, dried 0.5 x tsp, ground (1.8g)
  • 8.5 g Sauce, barbecue, OPEN PIT, .. 0.5 x tbsp (17g)
  • 3 g Soy sauce made from soy (tamari) 0.5 x tsp (6g)
  • 2 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw 0.5 x cup (4g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit, and grease a loaf pan for baking.
  • Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients, mix well to combine all.
  • Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly brown from the edges.
  • Let it remain in the oven for five minutes and cool completely before cutting and serving.
