Ingredients for serving

  • 68 g Avocados, raw, California 0.5 x fruit, without skin and seed (136g)
  • 200 g Kefir milk, pure fermented 2 x 1/2 cup (100g)
  • 1 g Spices, ginger, ground 1 x tsp (1.8g)
  • 10 g Mint Leaves, green, raw 1 x 4-5 leaves (10g)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients – kefir milk, avocado, ginger and mint into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour this buttery smoothie into a glass and drink.
