Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degree F.

Blend egg, oats, kefir milk and brown sugar into a blender and blend well.

Leave the mixture for 10 minutes, and then add grated apple, raisins, chopped almond, baking powder and baking soda.

Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until set.

Let it cool for 15 minutes then cut the slices and enjoy.
