  • 5 g Dijon Mustard 1 x tsp (5g)
  • 246 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 2 x medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (123g)
  • 0.2 g Spices, garlic powder 0.06 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 0.5 g Spices, oregano, dried 0.25 x tsp, ground (1.8g)
  • 46 g Hamburger buns, average size 1 x serving (46g)
  • 10.5 g Honey 0.5 x tbsp (21g)
  • 18 g Lettuce, iceberg (includes .. 0.25 x cup shredded (72g)
  • 0.1 g Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 0.06 x tsp (1.8g)
  • 13.5 g Water 0.06 x 1 cup (224g)
  • 112 g Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast 1 x 4 Oz (112g)

Instructions

  • Add honey, Dijon mustard, water, oregano, cayenne pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Cook chicken in a grill pan for about 10 minutes on both sides.
  • Brush chicken occasionally with mustard mixture.
  • Once the chicken is cooked serve it on buns with tomato and lettuce.
