Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat,.. 1 x serving (cooked from 4 oz) (3 oz)
  • 6 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 1 x tbsp chopped (0.2 oz)
  • 2.4 g Spices, onion powder 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 3.1 g Spices, garlic powder 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 1.8 g Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 1.8 g Spices, coriander seed 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 0.7 g Spices, sage, ground 1 x tsp (0 oz)
  • 4.5 g Oil, industrial, canola, high .. 1 x teaspoon (0.2 oz)
  • 0.4 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0 oz)
  • 2.3 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp, ground (0.1 oz)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onions, cayenne, sage, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Gently mix.
  • Make patties of desired size with this mixture.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Cook the patties over medium heat until brown for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip and cook on the other side until brown. Remove from the heat.
  • Slide into a burger bun along with some salad leaves and enjoy.
