Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onions, cayenne, sage, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Gently mix.

Make patties of desired size with this mixture.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Cook the patties over medium heat until brown for about 4-5 minutes.

Flip and cook on the other side until brown. Remove from the heat.

Slide into a burger bun along with some salad leaves and enjoy.
