Ingredients for serving

  • 7 g Cereals, oats, instant, .. 0.25 x packet (28g)
  • 19.3 g Nuts, coconut meat, dried .. 0.25 x cup (77g)
  • 2.5 g Almond Nut 0.25 x gram (10g)
  • 9.3 g Crushed Peanuts 0.25 x tbsp (37.5g)
  • 7 g Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat .. 0.25 x oz (28.35g)
  • 13.8 g Egg white beaten 0.25 x piece (55g)
  • 1.8 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 0.25 x tbsp (7.8g)
  • 5 g Syrups, maple 0.25 x tbsp (20g)
  • 2.5 g Raisin, kishmish, black raisin
  • 3.5 g Brown Sugar 0.25 x tbsp (14.3g)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except raisins. Mix it to well combine all the ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 300 degree F. Line baking paper to the baking tray and spread a thin and even layer of the mixture into the tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes for the first time, then remove the tray from the oven and toss the mixture evenly and bake again for another 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and give standing time to cool.
  • When cool add raisins, mix well and store in an air tight container.
  • Just add milk to prepare a great breakfast.
