Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except raisins. Mix it to well combine all the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 300 degree F. Line baking paper to the baking tray and spread a thin and even layer of the mixture into the tray.

Bake for 20 minutes for the first time, then remove the tray from the oven and toss the mixture evenly and bake again for another 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and give standing time to cool.

When cool add raisins, mix well and store in an air tight container.
