Ingredients for serving

  • 128 g Carrots, raw 1 x cup chopped (128g)
  • 119 g Cucumber, peeled, raw 1 x cup, sliced (119g)
  • 180 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 1 x cup, chopped or sliced (180g)
  • 72 g Lettuce, iceberg (includes .. 1 x cup shredded (72g)
  • 21 g Brussels sprouts, cooked, .. 1 x sprout (21g)
  • 10 g Almond Nut 1 x gram (10g)
  • 87 g Pomegranates, raw 1 x cup arils (seed/juice sacs) (87g)
  • 30 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 28 g Nuts, walnuts, english 1 x cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) (28g)
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp (2.1g)

Instructions

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables.
  • Crush the walnuts.
  • Prepare the salad dressing by adding lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  • In a big bowl add vegetables, almond, walnuts, sprouts and pomegranate seeds, toss them
  • Drizzle salad dressing and mix well.
  • Adjust the seasoning and garnish with pomegranates seeds.
