Instructions

Add cottage cheese, pepper and eggs into a small mixing bowl and set it aside

Then place the tortillas in an oven

Take a saucepan and coat it lightly with Pam. Then place it over medium hot for a few minutes

Saute red peppers, onions and mushrooms until they become soft.
