  • 45 g Sara Lee Honey Ham Lower Sodium 1 x serving (45g)
  • 33.5 g Asparagus, raw 0.25 x cup (134g)
  • 49.5 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 1.5 x large (33g)
  • 0.6 g Italian Seasoning 0.13 x tsp (5g)
  • 50 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.5 x unit (100g)
  • 50 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 x large (50g)
  • 40 g Onions, raw 0.25 x cup, chopped (160g)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, mix ham, eggs, salt, pepper, egg whites and cheese.
  • Heat a large pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion, asparagus and bell pepper and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add egg mixture. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover the mixture and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
  • Sprinkle the mixture with a little Italian seasoning. Heat the mixture until the egg is set. Cut into 4 wedges and serve hot.
