Greek Yoghurt with Banana and Walnuts

Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat 0.5 x container (170g)
  • 118 g Bananas, raw 1 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • 21 g Honey 1 x tbsp (21g)
  • 28 g Nuts, walnuts, english 1 x oz (14 halves) (28.35g)

Instructions

  • Spoon a half container greek yoghurt in a bowl.
  • Chop the walnuts (you can also toast the walnuts for a few minutes on medium heat) and add them to the yoghurt.
  • Slice the banana and add to the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the honey on top.
