Ingredients for serving

  • 30.4 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 0.13 x cup (243g)
  • 6.1 g Sorghum flour 0.05 x cup (121g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 2.1 g Seeds, flaxseed 0.2 x tbsp, whole (10.3g)
  • 24 g Almond Milk, Original, .. 0.1 x 1 cup (240g)
  • 4.5 g Water 0.02 x 1 cup (224g)
  • 1.4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.1 x tablespoon (13.5g)
  • 0.3 g Leavening agents, baking powder,.. 0.1 x tsp (2.5g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except egg whites.
  • Take another bowl and whip egg whites in it. Fold into bread batter.
  • Pour ΒΌ cup portion of the batter on to hot griddle and turn it over when the top side is set.
  • Serve immediately.
