Fruit Omelette

Ingredients for serving

  • 56 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 x extra large (2 oz)
  • 28.4 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1 x ounce (oz)
  • 28.4 g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, .. 1 x ounce (oz)
  • 2 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 68 g Frozen Mixed Berries 0.5 x cup (4.8 oz)

Instructions

  • Whisk together the egg, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Take a heavy bottom non-stick pan. Heat some oil over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Bake until the eggs have set.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Spread the cheese and berries on top and fold the omelet in half. Cook for a minute until the cheese melts.
  • Remove from the pan and serve warm.
