Instructions

Whisk together the egg, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.

Take a heavy bottom non-stick pan. Heat some oil over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Bake until the eggs have set.

Reduce the heat to low. Spread the cheese and berries on top and fold the omelet in half. Cook for a minute until the cheese melts.

Remove from the pan and serve warm.
