Fish Pie With Sweet Potato Crust

Ingredients for serving

  • 172 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 1 x can (172g)
  • 80 g Peas, green, frozen, cooked, .. 1 x cup (80g)
  • 80 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 1 x medium (80g)
  • 100 g Sweet potato, boil, mashed 1 x cup, half cup (100g)
  • 3 g Spices, dill weed, dried 1 x tbsp (3.1g)
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp, ground (2.3g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 3 g Spices, garlic powder 1 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 30 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 17 g Creamy dressing, made with sour .. 1 x tbsp (17g)
  • 1 g Spices, oregano, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.8g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degree F and grease a pie dish with non stick oil.
  • Prepare the filling by heating a non stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add oil and sauté mixed vegetables (thinly chopped) cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add dill, oregano, lemon juice and zest, tuna, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to the pie dish by gently pressing at the bottom.
  • Add sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the sweet potato mash, combine well and spread over the fish mixture.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown from the top.
  • Remove from the oven and serve.
