Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degree F and grease a pie dish with non stick oil.

Prepare the filling by heating a non stick pan over medium heat.

Add oil and sauté mixed vegetables (thinly chopped) cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add dill, oregano, lemon juice and zest, tuna, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to the pie dish by gently pressing at the bottom.

Add sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the sweet potato mash, combine well and spread over the fish mixture.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown from the top.

Remove from the oven and serve.
