Energy Booster Dry Fruits Milkshake

Ingredients for serving

  • 10 g Almond Nut
  • 10 g Nuts, pistachio nuts, dry ..
  • 10 g Nuts, cashew nuts, dry roasted, ..
  • 10 g Raisin, kishmish, black raisin
  • 10 g Dates, medjool
  • 492 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 2 x cup (246g)
  • 42 g Honey 2 x tbsp (21g)

Instructions

  • Put all the dry fruits in a blender and add one cup of milk, blend well until you get a smooth paste of the dry fruits.
  • Now add the remaining milk along with honey, blend again to mix well.
  • Pour in a large glass for yourself, and drink for self - gratification.
  • Chief's Tip: Soak all the dry fruits in water overnight for making a smooth milkshake.
