Instructions

To prepare grits, mix grits, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and cheddar cheese.

To prepare eggs, heat a pan that is lightly coated with cooking spray.

Break eggs into the pan. Cover it and cook until the whites are set.

Add half portion of ice cubes into the pan and continue to cook until eggs are cooked.

Remove the eggs from the pan. Repeat the process with the remaining ice portions and eggs.

Serve eggs over grits. Garnish it with little chives and black pepper.
