Egg White Sandwich

Ingredients for serving

  • 50 g Egg, whole, boiled 0.5 x unit (100g)
  • 60 g Whole Wheat Bread 2 x slice thin (30g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 15 g Lemon juice, raw 0.5 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)
  • 14 g Mayonnaise, low sodium, low .. 1 x tbsp (14g)

Instructions

  • Take two small bowls and Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk.
  • Chop the egg white into small pieces.
  • Add protein powder, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, lemon juice and chopped onions to egg yolk. Mash this mixture until combine.
  • Add chopped egg white to this mixture and stir to make a nice egg salsa.
  • Take two whole wheat bread slices and spread a thick layer of egg salsa between them.
  • Enjoy egg white sandwich straight away.
