Instructions

Take two small bowls and Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk.

Chop the egg white into small pieces.

Add protein powder, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, lemon juice and chopped onions to egg yolk. Mash this mixture until combine.

Add chopped egg white to this mixture and stir to make a nice egg salsa.

Take two whole wheat bread slices and spread a thick layer of egg salsa between them.
