Egg White & Protein Crepe With Peanut Butter & Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients for serving

  • 46 g Eggwhites 1 x 3 tbsp (46g)
  • 31 g Nutribar High Protein Powder 1 x scoop (31g)
  • 50 g Almond Milk, Original, ..
  • 36 g Peanut butter, smooth, reduced .. 1 x tablespoon (36g)
  • 5.4 g Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 x tbsp (5.4g)
  • 1 g Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia .. 1 x 1 packet (1g)
  • 7.8 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 1 x tbsp (7.8g)
  • 1 g Oil, sesame, salad or cooking

Instructions

  • Whisk egg white, protein powder, milk and sweetener together.
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
  • Spray oil in the pan and pour in the egg white mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip the crepe and continue cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove to a plate and set aside.
  • Combine peanut butter, cocoa powder and one teaspoon of milk together.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crepe and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
  • Serve immediately.
