Instructions
Whisk egg white, protein powder, milk and sweetener together.
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat.
Spray oil in the pan and pour in the egg white mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip the crepe and continue cooking until golden brown on both sides.
Remove to a plate and set aside.
Combine peanut butter, cocoa powder and one teaspoon of milk together.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crepe and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
