Egg-White Omelet with Spinach, Feta and Herbs

Ingredients for serving

  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x dash (0g)
  • 66 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 2 x large (33g)
  • 14 g Cheese, feta 0.5 x oz (28g)
  • 47.5 g Frozen Spinach, Squeezed dry, .. 0.25 x cup (190g)
  • 5 g Parsley, fresh 0.5 x sprigs (10g)
  • 1.3 g Italian Seasoning 0.25 x tsp (5g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add egg whites, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture in a pan placed over medium heat.
  • Top the mixture with spinach. Sprinkle feta cheese and fold over.
  • Serve hot.
