  • 132 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 4 x large (33g)
  • 13 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tablespoon (13.5g)

Instructions

  • Heat oil on medium heat in a skillet.
  • Mix the egg whites with a little bit of salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 4 minutes.
  • You can add some spinach or fresh fruit.
