Ingredients for serving

  • 28 g Cereals, oats, instant, .. 1 x packet (28g)
  • 243 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 1 x cup (243g)
  • 14 g Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted,.. 0.5 x oz (28.35g)
  • 7 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 1 x tbsp (7.8g)
  • 10 g Blueberries, raw
  • 246 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1 x cup (246g)

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl add milk and oatmeal and microwave for 1 minute on high power.
  • After one minute, remove the bowl and add egg white, peanuts and cinnamon stir well and microwave again for 1 minute on high power.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave, add blueberries and serve.
