Egg, Spinach, and Turkey Bacon Omelet

Ingredients for serving

  • 88 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 2 x medium (44g)
  • 30 g Spinach, raw 1 x cup (30g)
  • 2 g Trader Joe's Uncured Turkey .. 2 x slice (1g)
  • 6.8 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.5 x tablespoon (13.5g)

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs, add some salt and pepper for favouring
  • Cut the bacon into small strips and bake in a little oil
  • If the bacon is getting crispy, add the eggs and cook until the omelet has solidified
  • Flip it over to bake it on the other side for a minute
  • Serve the omelet on a plate and fold it around the fresh spinach leaves
