Ingredients for serving

  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x dash (0g)
  • 88 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 2 x medium (44g)
  • 11.3 g taco sauce 0.75 x 1 tbsp (15g)
  • 28.3 g Cheese, low fat, cheddar or .. 0.25 x cup, shredded (113g)
  • 25 g Fat-free flour tortillas 1 x piece (25g)

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs with a little splash of water, salt and pepper.
  • Use cooking spray to lightly coat the nonstick pan and heat it over medium heat. Now add eggs and scramble gently so that it becomes fluffy and light.
  • Heat tortilla over the pan for a few seconds on both the sides. Arrange eggs at the centre of the tortilla. Now top it with cheese and taco sauce.
  • Roll up the tortilla and serve hot!
