Instructions

Beat the eggs with a little splash of water, salt and pepper.

Use cooking spray to lightly coat the nonstick pan and heat it over medium heat. Now add eggs and scramble gently so that it becomes fluffy and light.

Heat tortilla over the pan for a few seconds on both the sides. Arrange eggs at the centre of the tortilla. Now top it with cheese and taco sauce.

Roll up the tortilla and serve hot!
