  • 49 g Bagel, wheat 0.5 x bagel (98g)
  • 29 g Nuts, almonds, blanched 0.2 x cup whole kernels (145g)
  • 5 g Peanut butter, smooth style, ..
  • 249 g Orange juice, chilled, includes .. 1 x cup (249g)
  • 145 g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, .. 1 x cup (not packed) (145g)

Instructions

  • Take a small mixing bowl and mix raisins, almonds and cottage cheese until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Then toast wheat bagel. Spread peanut butter over it
  • Serve the dish immediately
