Instructions

Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.

Cook Rotini (pasta) according to packaging. Drain.

In a bowl, combine pasta and beans.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil and swirl the pan to coat with oil evenly.

Add mushrooms, garlic and onions in the pan and cook until they become fragrant.

Add turkey and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

Add bell pepper, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder and red pepper powder and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add marinara sauce and bring the mixture to boil.

Now add marinara mixture over pasta and toss to coat evenly.

Top the mixture with cheese and bake for at least 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
