Ingredients for serving

  • 22.9 g Ground Venison
  • 6.3 g Brown Sugar
  • 1.9 g Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
  • 21.3 g Pork, ground, 96% lean / 4% fat,.. 0.25 x oz grilled patties (85g)
  • 0.8 g Spices, pepper, black 0.13 x tbsp (6.4g)
  • 1.6 g Sugar-based curing mixture 0.03 x cup (50g)

Instructions

  • Take a large mixing bowl. Add pork, sprinkle the venison, sage, sugar, pepper flakes and pepper.
  • Mix the above ingredients well so that everything is coated uniformly.
  • Divide the above mixture into portions of 1 pound each before freezing them
  • Start cooking each of the portions after their seasoning them perfectly.
  • Serve hot
