Instructions

Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil.

Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and let it cook along with potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain potatoes and broccoli in a colander and set aside.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Spray a baking pan with oil.

Spoon potato and broccoli in the baking pan.

Whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture on the potato and broccoli. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese. Bake for another 5-6 minutes until cheese melt.

Remove from the oven and serve warm.
